We had a pleasant stay at oaks, enjoying the great location and well-maintained facilities. the staff were friendly, which made our experience even better. we appreciated the long hours of the open pool and found the gym to be in good condition. the cleanliness of the space added to our comfort, and the pricing felt reasonable compared to other options nearby.

I stayed here 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in my deluxe room were a very thoughtful addition. The hotel had a central setting very close to the train station. There was Luigi's Pizza Bar nearby to grab something to eat. Ate at the pizza restaurant for lunch and dinner.
Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.

Staff were excellent - responsive, efficient and very helpful. Location near the national park a plus. Room was very clean, roomy and very quiet. A good number of options for dining locally despite being outside Sydney centre. Plenty of free parking and the outdoor spa worked a treat. Certainly represents good value for money.
Outdoor pool was not heated as advertised.

The apartment was spacious, convenient for public transport, and the check-in process was a breeze. The swimming pool was a nice touch for relaxation amidst our busy days exploring nearby parks like Lane Cove National Park and Buffalo Creek Reserve, which were perfect for family bonding. we encountered significant issues with the room's cleanliness and facilities, which dimmed our overall experience.

Good facilities, close to the train station. Nice, very affordable restaurant next door (did not try the restaurant in the hotel, except for breakfast, which was fine).
The kitchenette (in a studio) is a bit limited, but sufficient to make tea coffee and toast in the morning, and reheating a ready-made meal in the microwave.

I had a great stay during my business trip! The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around to meetings and even enjoy some local spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a huge difference. I especially loved the well-equipped gym and the pool-it was nice to unwind after a long day!
I did have some hiccups. The parking fees were a bit steep at $20 a night, and I faced issues with the room key not working a few times. Cleaning staff knocking on my door even with the Do Not Disturb sign was a bit annoying, especially during Zoom calls!

I stayed in the room for the 2 days I checked in for and I was looking for peace and tranquility to study as I needed concentration to finish a difficult assignment. It was perfect, really calm and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
There was no information about pricing of foods and drinks in the room.

Helpful staff, free commuter bus,
Being fairly isolated the restaurant is fairly expensive for a captive audience

I recently stayed for four nights while on a business trip, and I was genuinely impressed. The room was spacious, featuring a super comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with essential amenities. The sizable kitchen was a bonus, and I appreciated having a good selection of TV channels and Netflix at my fingertips. The staff were friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was pleasant too—a great way to unwind after a long day.
Do recommend this hotel.

Absolutely greatlow-budget hotel, comfortable base for vacation. Had comfy location so close to motorways, quite close to Microsoft Sydney. Also - close to Epping and/or Chatswood and The in house restaurant and the Lane Cove National Park. The pizza restaurant for lunch and dinner.
Absolutely rude staff!
